You are looking at a scene from Hardangervidda, Norway. The idea behind this was to contrast the red iron rich rock formations with the blueish sky and water. Tried to align the cloud covered sun with the direction of the stream. Multiple exposures, from what was originally meant to be a timelapse, blended together.
