PunchBowl. by BrianAdelberg
Nothing new or exciting here. Just a classic shot of Punchbowl falls, Oregon. I've been getting files ready for print for a costumer. I really like this much more than the original and since you can't change the image on 500px I had to upload it again. I've got few new images coming. I've just been really busy getting all the stuff for my new baby boy coming in a couple months. If you are interested in prints or techniques used to make this image feel free to visit my website here BrianAdelbergPhotography.com Take care have a great night.nice wallpaper picture free download via 500px http://ift.tt/1bs14Xw

Translocation by TjThorne
If you are interested in joining Ted Gore and I on a spring workshop around Oregon and the Columbia River Gorge.. SWEET! Due to demand we just added a second session from May 13th to May 17th. Only ONE spot remains! You can check out more info here: Spring in Oregon Follow me on Facebook Follow me on Instagram Check out my website Sign up for my newsletter ======= This is a photo of some rare conditions at a remote salt lake. What makes this even MORE rare, for me, is that it's not in Oregon, USA. Anyone familiar with my work associates me with Oregon and the Pacific Northwest. In my short time focusing on the art of landscape photography, I have not had a lot of opportunity to venture too far from home, and when I do, it usually requires something akin to every star and planet in the universe aligning. I have had a very strong urge to shoot something DIFFERENT, not just for my portfolio... but also for my heart and mind. While I absolutely love Oregon and all of the diversity it offers... I needed to see different things. I needed a challenge. I needed a photography trip with a couple of my best friends. So leave it to Ted Gore and Erin Babnik to convince me of giving the herculean effort of sneaking away for a week a whirl. As luck would have it, everything fell into place and weeks later we found ourselves here. I have to say.. I hadn't felt that great in as long as I could remember. Maybe it was finally getting away from the race of life, maybe it was the whole sleeping in a tent in the middle of nowhere under the stars thing, maybe it was because I was eating healthier and laughing constantly, maybe it was poking fun at each other while we froze our asses off in the dark and sweat our asses off during the day, or maybe it was just.. all of it. Every. Single. Thing. Yes.. even the naked hippies, the high winds blowing sand through my tent and into my face all night long (a great exfoliant, by the way), the empty handed scouts, the mudfest, and the whole 'getting stranded in the middle of the desert with two flat tires' thing (you can check out the video here: CLICK!) were moments that I cherished and will never forget. I'm glad that this image is the one that marks my first out of Oregon. Just looking at this shot takes me back to so many aspects of that trip. Thanks to Ted and Erin for the experience. I love you guys!nice wallpaper picture free download via 500px http://ift.tt/1HBtxnH

McKenzie Woods by Sean_Bagshaw
McKenzie Woods. One of my favorite things to do in the fall is drive the McKenzie Pass Highway in Oregon to experience the bright autumn vine maple lighting up the dark and dense fir forests. The day I took this photo was overcast with intermittent showers, perfect for moody, balanced and glowing deep forest light. It was a challenge to find an organized and balanced composition that worked within all the visual clutter. For reference, the color in the McKenzie Pass Highway area is usually best in the second half of October. Info: Canon 5D MKIII, single exposure, 4 seconds, f/16, 24mm, ISO 100, polarizer. Developing adjustments included basic color balance and contrast work, targeted tone and color adjustments using luminosity masks and also dodging/burning type adjustments using the Luminosity Painting technique. Bronze Invasion by StefanHefele
"Bronze Invasion" - Oregon Coast I´m preparing myself onto a new adventure with lots of sea and coastal landscapes. Then this photo from past year of the rough Oregon coast came into my mind. Many photographers have already photographed this place, but for me it was the first time. And as everyone knows, the first time is always something magic. Prints and licensing available. Metlako Mood by cwexplorationphotography
++hit the lights++ A number of brilliant Metlako Falls images have come through in the past few months, so I decided to throw an image into the hat. This one comes from a trip that I took to the Gorge about two years ago or so. The light and conditions weren't anything special, but I really love the small cloud of mist and fog that formed above the falls and it's always been a personal favorite of mine. Hope you guys enjoy this one! Metlako Falls, OR Prints: cwexplorationphotography@gmail.com Facebook Websitenice wallpaper picture free download via 500px http://ift.tt/17uVvVY

Finding A Balance by RyanDyar
Please view this on black. I've been gone working and then taking some personal time, so I have been a little out of the loop the past few weeks over here. But I just wanted to check in real quick, drop an image off, and see if anyone remembers who the hell I am. lol This image is the result of some really interesting conditions out in the Alvord Desert of southeast Oregon. Almost a whole week of intense wind covered much of eastern Oregon a thick cloud of dust that didn't let up for days. Many meteorologists theorized that most of the dust that covered much of the state originated here in the Alvord. Being in the thick of it meant poor visibility, EXTREME winds, and not much optimism for interesting light. Fortunately there was a small break in the dust right around sunset that let this through for a few minutes, so I fired off this quick series of focused stacked images while lying on the ground to put emphasis on the interesting textures in the dried mud (caused by freezing and frosting over). Much of the warm light you see isn't actually on the clouds, rather the immense amount of dust that was filling the air. Nothing new or original here, just a beautiful moment comprised of interesting conditions. Anyways, I recently released a new post-processing instructional video. It's packed with some unique techniques and theories about processing you may not find anywhere else. People seem to really be enjoying the videos and have had nothing but great things to say, so I *think* they are helping people... it's been awesome to see the many before/after shots people have been emailing me. Be sure to check the videos out if you are into that sort of thing. It's all on my website, as well as more photos, photo tour info, processing instruction via Skype like everyone else is doing, etc, etc. 2015 Tour Schedule Arctic Light Workshop - With Arild Heitmann (FULL) Processing Tutorial Videos Processing Instruction via Skypenice wallpaper picture free download via 500px http://ift.tt/1AqduHj

Light Show by mbrodkin
I have visited this location on several occasions but was always disappointed with the light. This time would be different. After a morning that was totally socked in, I had little hope for sunset. As I headed down to the beach it did not look promising. Then, as the sun began its descent, the clouds broke and I witnessed the most incredible light show.nice wallpaper picture free download via 500px http://ift.tt/1Cov7rD
